In 1991 I graduated from the art academy ‘Minerva’ in Groningen. Since graduating from art school, I have been working full time with visual work.
I have created thousands of works since 1984.
In 1988 I learned to meditate, TM, since then I meditate twice a day. I have studied eastern philosophy almost every day since I learned to meditate, and the study still goes on ( for instance: Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishaden ).
I am a member of:
Arti et Amicitiae (Amsterdam artists’ association),
KF (Artists Association Flevoland.
The work on this website is most from the last ten years. Some objects are older.

I paint, draw, take photographs, make objects for indoors and outdoors and make videos. I started meditating in 1988. Since then I have meditated twice a day.
I spend a lot of time in nature, where I draw, take photos, collect materials and take walks.
